The villa features a bright living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and large glass doors opening onto the terrace. Three air-conditioned bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and a bright conservatory provide a comfortable living space throughout the year.

Outside, enjoy the heated private swimming pool, the covered terrace, perfect for al fresco dining, the beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden and the lounge area. With a barbecue, private parking and direct access to hiking and cycling trails, this villa is a wonderful invitation to enjoy the south of France.

From the house, discover the renowned wines of the Minervois, the medieval village of Minerve or the Canal du Midi. The Mediterranean beaches, less than an hour away, are also perfect for a day trip combining relaxation, nature and discovery.

What we immediately felt here was that wonderful sensation of truly being away—in a small paradise among vineyards and hills, with everything nearby: a lively village just 7 minutes away, a lake at 10, the sea at 40… and above all: absolute peace.
