The villa features a spacious and bright living area with large glass doors opening directly onto the covered terrace, as well as a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Its four air-conditioned bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and generous living spaces provide comfort, conviviality and privacy, making it ideal for both families and groups of friends.

Outside, enjoy the large heated private swimming pool, spacious sunny terraces, summer kitchen, pétanque court, barbecue and beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden.

From Villespassans, explore the vineyards and landscapes of the Haut-Languedoc on foot or by bike, discover the surrounding wine estates and charming villages such as Minerve, Bize-Minervois and Saint-Chinian. The Canal du Midi, Narbonne, Béziers and the Mediterranean beaches are also easily accessible for a wonderful variety of excursions and discoveries.
