Welcome to Villa Najac, an elegant holiday home accommodating up to 6 guests, perched on the wooded slopes of the Montagne Noire, close to the charming village of Siran, in the heart of the Minervois. Fully renovated in 2022, it offers exceptional views over the vineyards of the Minervois, the Corbières and all the way to the Pyrenees. Facing due south and surrounded by a vast 3,600 m² private plot with no overlooking neighbours, it provides a wonderful setting to enjoy the peace and relaxed lifestyle of southern France.

The villa features a bright 40 m² living area with an air-conditioned lounge and dining room, as well as a fully equipped 10 m² open-plan kitchen. All on one level, it offers three comfortable bedrooms: one with two single beds, one with a double bed and one with a large double bed, a private shower room and direct access to the terrace. A second shower room and separate WC complete the interior. New furniture, quality bedding and tasteful décor provide a comfortable setting for a holiday with family or friends.

Outside, enjoy the large covered terrace, renovated in 2026, with its dining area, as well as a second covered terrace, perfect for relaxing. The spacious 12 × 4 m heated private swimming pool with Roman steps is ideal for making the most of sunny days. The large grounds offer complete privacy and plenty of space to unwind, while the barbecue is perfect for enjoying delicious meals outdoors.

From the villa, walk directly into the vineyards and hills around Siran. The village, with its bakery, bar and restaurant, is nearby, while shops and supermarkets are just a short drive away. With hiking, medieval villages, wine tasting and the beautiful landscapes of the Minervois all within easy reach, Villa Najac is an ideal base for discovering the region.
