The villa features a bright, air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen opening directly onto the terrace. Its spacious and comfortable bedroom, modern shower room and warm atmosphere make it a cosy retreat, perfect for a romantic getaway for two.

Outside, enjoy the heated private swimming pool, beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden and several relaxing areas, both in the sun and shade.

From the villa, discover Siran, a charming wine-growing village surrounded by vineyards, pine forests and typically Mediterranean hills. Enjoy hiking, cycling and wine tasting at the many local estates. Nearby, explore the medieval village of Minerve, Lake Jouarres, the Canal du Midi or the famous medieval city of Carcassonne. The Mediterranean beaches are also less than an hour away, offering the perfect opportunity to combine countryside and seaside.
