Welcome to Villa Mathilda, an elegant holiday home accommodating up to 6 guests, located in the charming wine-growing village of Siran, in the heart of the Minervois. Surrounded by vineyards, pine forests and rolling hills, it offers magnificent panoramic views stretching as far as the Pyrenees and a peaceful setting, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the gentle lifestyle of southern France.

The villa features a spacious and bright living area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, as well as three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own shower, and an additional bathroom. Air conditioning and the generous layout of the house ensure a comfortable stay while allowing everyone to enjoy their own privacy.

Outside, enjoy the heated private swimming pool, the large covered terrace with breathtaking views over the Minervois countryside and the peaceful surroundings of the property. A barbecue and private parking complete the villa’s facilities.

From Siran, explore the Mediterranean landscapes on foot or by bicycle, discover the region’s many wine estates or visit the medieval village of Minerve, Lac de Jouarres and the Canal du Midi. The famous medieval city of Carcassonne and the Mediterranean beaches are also easily accessible for wonderful day trips.

What I particularly loved about this villa is the magnificent view over the Minervois countryside, stretching all the way to the Pyrenees. From the terrace, you can truly enjoy the peaceful surroundings and wonderful sense of space, while benefiting from a villa thoughtfully designed for relaxing moments with family or friends.
