Its generous layout allows everyone to enjoy the space at their own pace, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.

Outside, enjoy the large fully enclosed Mediterranean garden, the heated private swimming pool and the covered terrace, perfect for al fresco dining. The pétanque court and children’s play equipment are ideal for sharing enjoyable family moments, while the peaceful surroundings invite you to unwind.

From Félines-Minervois, explore the vineyards and landscapes of the Montagne Noire on foot or by bike, discover the renowned Minervois wine estates or visit the medieval village of Minerve, the Canal du Midi and Lac de Jouarres, perfect for swimming and water activities. The famous medieval city of Carcassonne is also easily accessible for a wonderful day trip combining heritage, nature and gastronomy.
