Welcome to Villa Les Perroquets, a charming recently renovated villa accommodating up to 6 guests, located in La Livinière at the foot of the Montagne Noire. Surrounded by sunshine, tranquillity and vineyard landscapes, it provides the perfect setting for enjoying the relaxed lifestyle of the Minervois with family or friends.

The house features a spacious and bright living area with an open-plan kitchen and comfortable lounge, opening directly onto the large terrace through wide glass doors. Its three bedrooms with double beds, modern bathroom with walk-in shower and double washbasin, as well as separate toilets, ensure a comfortable stay. Air conditioning is available in the living area and one bedroom, while the two other bedrooms are equipped with fans.

The owner lives in the neighbouring house, which is directly attached to the villa. The swimming pool and garden are entirely available for guests’ use, with the exception of a small separate part of the garden used by the owner. The villa also has a covered terrace, clearly separated from the owner’s outdoor area. The owner remains available if needed while allowing guests to fully enjoy their stay.

Outside, enjoy the covered terrace with its large dining table, the heated private saltwater pool, sun loungers and Mediterranean garden offering beautiful views over the Minervois countryside.

Visit local wine estates, stroll through picturesque streets or explore nearby Minerve and Caunes-Minervois. With hiking trails, cycling routes, local markets and excellent gastronomy, the region offers plenty of opportunities to discover the treasures of southern France.

La Livinière is full of charm, with great restaurants, renowned wineries, and scenic walking trails through the vineyards. Nearby, discover gems like Minerve, the Canal du Midi, and the markets of the Minervois. It simply feels good to be here
