Villa Mas Bourguignon

Welcome to Villa Mas Bourguignon, a spacious holiday home accommodating up to 11 guests, located in Pouzols-Minervois, in the heart of the Minervois wine country. Surrounded by a large fully enclosed garden, this generous villa offers a peaceful and welcoming setting, ideal for large families or groups of friends, close to vineyards, Lac de Jouarres and the Mediterranean coast.

The villa stands out for its generous spaces and excellent comfort. Its impressive 103 m² living area combines a lounge, dining area, fully equipped open-plan kitchen and table football, with large glass doors opening directly onto the terrace and swimming pool. The five bedrooms, including two suites with private shower rooms and direct outdoor access, together with an additional bathroom featuring a bath, shower and double washbasin, allow everyone to enjoy their own space while sharing wonderful moments together.

Outside, enjoy the large 5 × 11 m private swimming pool, spacious terraces and various relaxing areas throughout the garden. The wellness area with jacuzzi and outdoor shower is perfect for unwinding, while the summer kitchen with stone barbecue and refrigerator is ideal for enjoying long meals and evenings outdoors. During my visit, what I particularly loved was the generosity of the spaces: everyone can truly find their own place here, whether playing, relaxing or sharing a meal together.

Pouzols-Minervois is a charming wine-growing village surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and typically Mediterranean landscapes. From the village, explore the Minervois countryside on foot or by bicycle, visit the local wine estates or head towards the Canal du Midi. Lac de Jouarres, the medieval village of Minerve, the lively markets of Narbonne and the famous city of Carcassonne are also easily accessible, offering plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature, heritage and local gastronomy.

During my visit, I was struck by the generous spaces, both indoors and out. Here, everyone can find their place—to play, relax, or share a meal. This is a holiday home made for truly living together, in complete tranquility
