The villa features a bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. Large glass doors and French windows fill the rooms with natural light and offer beautiful views over the surrounding countryside from almost every part of the house. A welcoming and comfortable interior, perfect for enjoying special moments with family or friends.

Outside, enjoy the covered terrace, heated private swimming pool and spacious grounds offering a wonderful sense of space and tranquillity. The barbecue is perfect for outdoor meals, while the pool and views over the vineyards invite you to make the most of sunny days.

From Félines-Minervois, explore the Minervois countryside on foot or by bicycle, visit the region’s renowned wine estates or discover the medieval village of Minerve, the Canal du Midi and Lac de Jouarres, ideal for swimming and water activities. The famous medieval city of Carcassonne is also easily accessible, offering a wonderful combination of nature, heritage and gastronomy.

What I particularly loved about this villa is the wonderful sense of space and light you feel as soon as you walk in. The large glass doors allow you to enjoy the beautiful views over the Minervois countryside from almost every part of the house. With the heated pool, terrace and peaceful surroundings, it is a villa where you quickly feel truly on holiday.
